ICPW WIRELESS STAINLESS STEEL COMPRESSION LOAD CELL

The ICPW Wireless Stainless Steel Compression Load Cellis designed for general use and is suitable for use in laboratories or permanent outdoor installations. It is built to exacting standards and has many unique options, including integral carry handles, a load cap, and a mounting base.

Primary ICPW Wireless Stainless Steel Compression Load Cell features and benefits:

9812 PANEL MOUNT DISPLAY FOR SINGLE MV/V TRANSDUCER

The new instrumentation 9812 Panel Mount Display for Single mV/V Transducer is ideal for weight, torque, strain, pressure, and stress measurements. The 1/8 DIN load cell input panel meter offers a new single-layer menu for a more straightforward setup. It is popular for its high-precision performance and stability. The digital indicator utilizes a modular construction technique that enables you to configure it with the required functionality. We also offer the 9812-WTS Wireless Panel Mount Display for Single Transmitters, introduced in our Winter New Product Releases as part of our extensive Interface WTS Telemetry System.

T28 SLIP-RING SQUARE DRIVE ROTARY TORQUE TRANSDUCER

The T28 Slip-Ring Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer is a rotating torque transducer equipped with slip rings that transmit an analog, unamplified strain gage bridge output signal in mV/V. This signal is transmitted via high-quality, low-wear slip rings. Slip-ring sensors are typically used for individual, random inspections or low-speed torque measurements. Common applications for this type of sensor include screw-driving technologies and test bench applications such as testing engines, gears, bearings, and seals.

Primary T28 Slip-Ring Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer features and benefits:

  • Capacities from 1 to 5K Nm (8.85 to 44.3K lbf-in)

WWWP WIRELESS WHEEL WEIGHING PLATFORM

Expanding our systems solutions, the new WWWP Wireless Wheel Weighing Platform offers an adaptable, high-accuracy solution for vehicle weighing with unmatched performance. For easy, on-site positioning, these wheel weighing pads have integrated wheels and handles for easy use in restricted spaces. The built-in weight display is equipped with a 2.4 GHz RF industrial radio communication for transmitting data wirelessly to the optional remote touchscreen indicator up to 160 ft away. This type of solution is excellent for leveling modules and ramp-weighing applications.

Primary WWWP Wireless Wheel Weighing Platform features and benefits:

  • Up to 16 individual pads communicate wirelessly to the indicator
  • Industrial RF radio module to communicate with an optional indicator
  • Integrated wheels and nonslip rubber under the platform
  • Internal rechargeable battery with 40 hours of battery life
  • A built-in indicator on each scale with one in-character display
  • IP67 rating
  • The cover plate protects the built-in indicator

HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS: INTERFACE ATEX-CERTIFIED PRODUCTS

Interface has an expansive line of ATEX-certified products available for use in hazardous locations. In addition to the Interface line, we have added several new products from our LCM product family. These intrinsically safe products include amplified and non-amplified ATEX-certified load cells, load pins, load shackles, load links, instrumentation, and accessories. They may also include IECEx and North American certifications.

Our ATEX load cells have complete environmental protection, ATEX certification, and a calibration certificate. They are manufactured with InteInterface’s highest quality and accuracy standards for products that require measurements within Zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas. We can also supply amplifiers and displays to provide a complete measurement system for potentially explosive atmospheres according to the ATEX95 norm.
