The Hazardous Environments ILMP Standard Stainless Steel Load Pin is designed for general use. This is a simple and versatile type of load pin that is used in a large variety of applications such as cranes, winches, hoists, load shackles and bearing blocks. It is easily installed into machines by replacing any existing load bearing pin to provide accurate, real time monitoring of load forces. The ILMP is machined from high tensile stainless steel and normally supplied complete with an anti-rotation plate. All load pins are built to exacting standards and are proof loaded to 150% of normal rated load. Our standard load pin is available in capacities ranging from 1.1K lbf (500kgs) to 3,307K lbf (1500 MT). The ILMP load pin series can be supplied on it’s own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system.
