LCA LOAD CELL ANALYZER

The specialized Interface LCA Load Cell Analyzer is a tool created by Interface Engineers for quick, precise testing of load cells. It is a vital diagnostic device for any Interface load cell user. Its compact, easy-to-use design makes it simple to operate in the field and on a test bench. It features a responsive touch screen display. The LCA offers an intuitive interface that enables technicians and engineers to quickly assess critical load cell parameters. Equipped with an AC power adapter and a DB9 connector, this analyzer accommodates a wide variety of load cell configurations and ships ready to use.

Interface’s new SimulatorECX Precision mV/V Transfer Standard is the most accurate load cell simulator on the market, engineered for high-precision testing laboratories. It mimics the electrical output of a strain gage load cell with absolute precision, allowing technicians to calibrate, troubleshoot, and verify signal conditioners, displays, and data acquisition systems without applying physical force. Featuring NIST traceability and TEDS (IEEE 1451.4) compliance, the E-CX Series acts as a “golden standard” reference. It provides an equivalent bridge impedance of 350 Ohms and ultra-stable mV/V outputs, ensuring that your instrumentation chain maintains the highest levels of integrity and accuracy. 6A55RI 6-AXIS ROBOT FLANGE FORCE-TORQUE SENSOR

The multi-axis 6A55RI 6-Axis Robot Flange Force-Torque Sensor is designed for robotics and medical applications and features an ISO 9409-1 robotic flange interface. The five model capacities to measure Fx (N), Fy (N), Fz (N), Mx (Nm), My (Nm), Mz (Nm) are Force: 11.24 to 449.62 lbf (50 N to 2 kN) and Torque: 44.25 to 442.54 lb-in (5 Nm to 50 Nm). Its integrated EtherCAT P measuring amplifier enables both power supply and data transmission through a single 4-wire connection. The replaceable cable features strain relief beneath the mounting plate and is drag-chain-compatible.

BX3-HD44-CAN 3-CHANNEL CAN BUS AND USB STRAIN GAGE AMPLIFIER

The BX3-HD44-CAN 3-Channel CAN Bus and USB Strain Gage Amplifier offers an easy-to-use measuring amplifier for quarter-bridge strain gauges with 120 Ohms, 350 Ohms, or 1000 Ohms, utilizing three-wire technology. It is powered via a CAN bus cable, with a 10 VDC to 28 VDC range. As an alternative to the CAN bus, measurement data can be transmitted via the USB-C port. Measurement data can be recorded using the integrated USB port or the CAN bus with Interface’s BlueDAQ software. The BlueDAQ software enables reading, recording, and visualizing measurement data. Multiple BX3s can be connected via CAN and then linked to a PC using a PCAN-USB converter. It is ideal for multi-axis sensors.

BX6-HD44-ECP STRAIN GAGE AMPLIFIER WITH ETHERCAT PROTOCOL

Interface’s BX6-HD44-ECP Strain Gage Amplifier with EtherCAT Protocol is a digital 6-channel strain gage amplifier featuring EtherCAT P and USB-C interfaces. The BX6-HD44-ECP bridge completion and data acquisition device is housed in a compact, durable aluminum enclosure. It has a ±4 mV/V measuring range and a frequency range of 0 Hz to 1000 Hz. The BX6-HD44-ECP is equipped with 1 Sub-D44HD connector for use with multi-axis sensors, in particular 6-axis load cells.
