ILMP Standard Stainless Steel Load Pin and 9325 Portable Sensor Display

Portable Load Pin System

The ILMP Standard Stainless Steel Load Pin replaces a load‑bearing pin and houses strain gauges to measure applied force, while the 9325 Portable Sensor Display reads that data via bridge sensor output and delivers real‑time, calibrated force readings, logging, and display functions.

System Components

ILMP Standard Stainless Steel Load Pin

Stainless Steel Load Pin

1.1K to 3,307K lbf
0.5MT to 1,500 MT

The Interface range of load measurement pins are designed for general use. They are a simple and versatile type of load pin that are used in a large variety of applications such as cranes, winches, hoists, load shackles, and bearing blocks. They are easily installed into machines by replacing any existing load bearing pin to provide accurate, real time monitoring of load forces. Machined from high tensile stainless steel and normally supplied complete with a keeper plate, our load pins are built to exacting standards and are proof loaded to 150% of normal rated load. Our standard load pin range covers ratings between 1.1K lbf (0.5MT) and 3,307K lbf (1500 MT). The ILMP load pin series can be supplied on it’s own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system.

9325 Portable Sensor Display

Portable, Digital, Hand Held, Battery and USB Powered, TEDS Ready

The 9325 allows simple display of strain bridge based measurements such as load cells, torque transducers, and other mV/V output transducers with sensitivity up to +/-1 V/V. Up to six calibration ranges are available allowing for different loading modes (tension and compression) or different sensors. Each calibration range will remember settings that contribute to the user experience such as selected units and tare values. TEDS devices using templates 33, 40, and 41 can be connected and will update the viewed calibration. The last twenty TEDS devices connected will be remembered and recognized when connected again reverting to the last user experience settings for that device. TEDS can be disabled and the internal calibration ranges become available again. There are also up to six display modes available. These determine what is visible on the LCD display and what actions are available from the set of three soft keys.
Full configuration is available with a PC based toolkit. Some simple configuration such as two point calibration is available from the handheld using the menu system.
