The IPCD Pressure Compensated Downhole Load Cell is integrated near the top of the tool string.
During pump down, the IPCD measures the tension between the cable head and the tool string.
Connected to the customer’s instrumentation, actual cable head tension is closely monitored across any variation of temperature or pressure.
