Clarity in Measurement Requires a Clear Display of Accurate Results

April 15, 2025/in Blog /by Jamie Glass

The test and measurement data obtained from our high-precision sensors, whether you’re meticulously measuring force with a load cell, quantifying rotational effort with a torque transducer, or capturing complex interactions with a multi-axis sensor, is only as valuable as your ability to manage the output, including displaying the results.

Displays are a crucial bridge, converting raw electrical signals into easily understandable values. They provide immediate feedback, enabling real-time adjustments, critical process monitoring, and confident data collection. This ensures the integrity and accuracy of your entire test and measurement program, whether in a controlled lab environment, a dynamic on-site setting, or managing continuous measurement monitoring.

The correct display offers essential data, boosts operational efficiency, and minimizes potential errors. By providing a direct visual representation of the measured parameters, displays enable users to quickly spot trends, identify anomalies, and make informed decisions without relying on cumbersome post-processing or complex software analysis. This immediate insight is crucial for ensuring test validity, optimizing processes, and upholding the highest quality control standards across various applications.

Interface Displays

WTS-LD1 Wireless Large LED Display

The Wireless Large LED Display offers a large-format four-digit display that shows individual WTS transmitter values or the summed value of up to eight modules. The large screen features a 4-digit module with a 102 mm (4 in) LED display. Mounting options include ceiling suspension or wall mounting.

The data transmitted by the modules can be utilized by various receivers, including displays, handheld readers, analog outputs, relay modules, and computer interfaces. These receivers are compatible with standard industrial power supplies and housed in durable, IP-rated enclosures incorporating internal antennas for optimal coverage.

Interface’s WTS Toolkit software and a USB base station enable users to quickly and easily select and configure the appropriate transmitter modules. The WTS Toolkit also provides configuration options for the display format and zero functions. Additionally, wired Logic Inputs allow users to control the Tare and Net/Gross toggle functions remotely.

WTS-LD2 Wireless Large LED Display

The Wireless Large LED Display LD2 provides the same features as the WTS-LD1 Display, with a large six-digit format that shows individual WTS transmitter values or the total value from up to eight modules.
