BSC6A-HD44 6-CHANNEL STRAIN GAGE AMPLIFIER

The BSC6A-HD44 6-Channel Strain Gage Amplifier is an analog amplifier with six independently configurable channels for sensors with strain gages, such as multi-axis sensors, load cells, and torque sensors. It offers two digital inputs and an analog output. Due to its compact dimensions, the amplifier is ideal for connecting 6-axis Force and Torque Sensors. The zero settings are permanently saved in non-volatile memory and retained even after the voltage is interrupted. This amplifier connects bridge sensors from 120 Ohm to 5000 Ohm or full-bridge strain gages. The connection is made using either 4 or 6-wire technology.

Primary BSC6A-HD44 6-Channel Strain Gage Amplifier features and benefits:

  • 6-Channel Amplifier
  • Analog Output: +/-10 V at Selected Input Range
  • Tare and Shunt Calibration Push Button or Digital Input
  • Selectable Input Ranges: 5, 1, 2 & 4 mV/V

AXIALTQ™ OPTIONAL IN-LINE MAGNETIC ENCODER KIT

The AxialTQ Optional In-Line Magnetic Encoder Kit is a rotary encoder that converts the rotational motion of the rotor to a quadrature electrical signal.  The system uses a magnetic pulse wheel installed with the rotor and a sensing head mounted next to the stator. The sensor detects the changing magnetic field and uses interpolation to increase the resolution.  The standard resolutions are 800 to 1792 pulses per revolution, depending on the DIN size.  Encoder kits come standard with an index pulse for determining relative position. Information is available in the specifications and details for the AxialTQ.

Primary AxialTQ Optional In-Line Magnetic Encoder Kit features and benefits:
