INF1 Single Channel Weight Transmitter and Indicator
Single Channel Weight Transmitter and Indicator
The INF1 Single Channel Weight Transmitter and Indicator is a compact, DIN-rail mount solution designed for precise load cell signal conditioning, display, and seamless system integration. It supports direct connection to PLCs via analog output or industrial fieldbus networks, as well as communication with PCs, PLCs, and remote displays through an RS485 serial interface. Advanced filtering minimizes weight oscillation, while theoretical and real calibration with up to five-point linearization ensures high measurement accuracy. Standard functions include tare, semi-automatic zero, automatic zero at power-on, and remote sense for improved signal stability.
The INF1 features a six-digit red LED display with status indicators and front-panel keys for easy setup and calibration. It includes three relay outputs for setpoint control and two optoisolated inputs for external logic integration. Capable of powering up to eight load cells via a junction box, it is well suited for batching, process control, and industrial weighing applications.
Multiple communication options provide exceptional flexibility, including RS485 with Modbus RTU and ASCII protocols, as well as a wide range of industrial networks such as CANopen, DeviceNet, CC-Link, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus/TCP, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, and SERCOS III. These options enable the INF1 to operate as a slave or device within virtually any modern automation architecture, ensuring reliable, scalable integration across diverse control systems.
