The T29 Slip Ring Hex Drive Rotary Torque Transducer is a compact, high-accuracy torque sensor designed specifically for screw driving systems and dynamic rotary torque measurement applications. Featuring a slip ring design with a drive hexagon and output hexagon socket with quick-action chuck, the T29 enables simple integration, fast tool changes, and reliable continuous rotation measurement in demanding industrial environments. Its very short axial length and high torsional stiffness provide precise torque transfer while minimizing installation space requirements. SI-USB4 4 Channel USB Interface Module

4 Channel PC Interface Module

The interface module SI-USB4 is connected between sensor and PC. In this way, analog sensor signals will be digitized with up to 16 bit resolution. By the measuring rate of 5000 measurements/s per measuring channel, high-dynamic measurements can be achieved. The measured values are transferred to a PC via the USB interface and visualized by means of software. If a control signal is integrated in the sensor, an automatic adjustment can be carried out and checked at any time (measuring chain monitoring).

System Level Calibration

Interface strongly recommends requesting a system-level calibration when purchasing a force measurement sensor with instrumentation. This final step ensures the sensor and instrumentation are properly calibrated and functioning together before leaving Interface.
