How it Works


  1. The crimped connection is secured in the wire crimp pull tester, and the system is calibrated to ensure accurate, repeatable measurements. The tester applies a controlled pulling force to the crimped connection.
  2. The SMT Overload Protected S-Type Load Cell measures the maximum axial pulling force in tension and sends the signal to the 9325 Portable Sensor Display for real-time monitoring.
