Portable Load Cell and Data Acquisition System

The 9325 Portable Display Data AQ Pack is designed for use with Interface force and torque sensors, offering a convenient way to view test results from your load cell. It provides capabilities to set up, log, graph, and display data from your application, supporting all Interface load cells and torque transducers.

Model 1000 series is a fatigue-rated low profile load cell with 300% safe overload, extremely low moment sensitivity of 0.1%/in and a higher fatigue life. If you need to measure 1 pound (4.45N) or 1 million pounds (4500kN) of force, Interface load cells can do it. With many variants and configurations our fatigue-rated load cells provide up to 100 million fully rendered cycles. The gaged sensors in every load cell are individually inspected and tested, and certified to meet our rigid standards.

Options Available for 2nd, 3rd Bridge and Overload Protection.

Models 1010, 1020, and 1032 are available.

9325 Portable Sensor Display

Portable, Digital, Hand Held, Battery and USB Powered, TEDS Ready

The 9325 allows simple display of strain bridge based measurements such as load cells, torque transducers, and other mV/V output transducers with sensitivity up to +/-1 V/V. Up to six calibration ranges are available allowing for different loading modes (tension and compression) or different sensors. Each calibration range will remember settings that contribute to the user experience such as selected units and tare values. TEDS devices using templates 33, 40, and 41 can be connected and will update the viewed calibration. The last twenty TEDS devices connected will be remembered and recognized when connected again reverting to the last user experience settings for that device. TEDS can be disabled and the internal calibration ranges become available again. There are also up to six display modes available. These determine what is visible on the LCD display and what actions are available from the set of three soft keys.
Full configuration is available with a PC based toolkit. Some simple configuration such as two point calibration is available from the handheld using the menu system.

9325 ToolKit

Setup and Scaling, Logging, and Graphing Software

The Interface 9325 Toolkit is a free Windows software application used to configure, calibrate, and manage Interface’s 9325 Portable Sensor Display. Connecting via USB, it allows users to set up device parameters, create and store up to six calibration ranges (using gain/offset, multi-point, or polynomial methods), log and export live data, and customize display modes. It also supports TEDS sensors for automatic calibration, offers security features to lock settings, and provides OEM options for branding and tailored user experiences.

System Level Calibration

Interface strongly recommends requesting a system-level calibration when purchasing a force measurement sensor with instrumentation. This final step ensures the sensor and instrumentation are properly calibrated and functioning together before leaving Interface.
