Platform Scale Load Cell Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller Weighing System

The SPI Low Capacity Platform Scale Load Cell accurately measures compression forces in weighing and process applications. Its mV/V output connects directly to the 1280 Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller, which conditions, displays, and manages real-time weight data while providing advanced control functions. Together, they create a precise, scalable weighing system for industrial automation and process control.

    • The SPI is designed to be used as a scale and is compensated for off center loads
    • Proprietary Interface temperature compensated strain gages
    • 0.01% non-repeatability
    • 400% compression overload protection
    • 0.0008% / °F temp. effect on output
    • Eccentric load compensated
    • Space saving narrow housing per DIN EN 50022
  • 1280 Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller:
    • Graphical color display that adjusts for ambient light conditions
    • Highly customizable graphical user interface
    • Three different enclosure types: universal with tilt stand, panel mount and wall mount

System Level Calibration

Interface strongly recommends requesting a system-level calibration when purchasing a force measurement sensor with instrumentation. This final step ensures the sensor and instrumentation are properly calibrated and functioning together before leaving Interface.
