A4200 WeighCheck Load Cells and 1280 Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller Weighing System

Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated Load Cells with a Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller

The A4200 WeighCheck load cells and the 1280 Programmable Weight Indicator and Controller work together to form a complete, reliable weighing and control system. The load cells are installed under tanks, silos, or platforms to accurately measure applied loads and convert them into electrical signals. These signals are sent to the 1280 indicator, which conditions, processes, and displays the weight data in real time. The 1280 also provides programmable control functions such as setpoints, batching, and system integration, turning raw measurements into actionable process control.

System Level Calibration

Interface strongly recommends requesting a system-level calibration when purchasing a force measurement sensor with instrumentation. This final step ensures the sensor and instrumentation are properly calibrated and functioning together before leaving Interface.
