Load Cell Digitizer System

The Interface Model 1200 Series Load Cell Universal with Load Cell Digitizer is a low-profile load cell featuring an integrally mounted and wired digitizer within the load cell body, enabling direct fieldbus connection to PLCs from leading international brands. Conceived for Internet of Things (IoT) applications, the instrument can be configured and managed using the free “Instrument Manager” PC software via the micro USB port. It includes a communication interface status LED and is supplied with three M12 mating connectors.

  • 1200 and 1201 Series Load Cell Universal or Compression-Only with Load Cell Digitizer:
    • Capacities from 300 lbf to 100K lbf (2 kN to 445 kN)
    • Conceived for IoT applications (Internet of Things).
    • PC configuration software via micro USB port.
    • Status LED of the communication interface.
    • 3x M12 flying connectors included in the supply.
    • The instrument can be configured and managed using the free “Instrument Manager” PC software.

The Instrument Manager software allows you to set, update and monitor parameters, to be managed from a PC for an instrument connected via a PC serial port.

System Level Calibration

Interface strongly recommends requesting a system-level calibration when purchasing a force measurement sensor with instrumentation. This final step ensures the sensor and instrumentation are properly calibrated and functioning together before leaving Interface.
