FATIGUE-RATED SPECIFICATION
 

Fatigue-rated is a specification of load cell design and construction used for repetitive cycle and fatigue testing. Extraneous load sensitivity is specified and adjusted to a lower level than in a standard Interface LowProfile load cell. They have a mechanical deflection of about one-half of a standard load cell, which causes the output to be about one-half of a standard load cell that is not fatigue-rated.

Load cell conditioning takes the raw signal from a load cell and converts it into a format suitable for further processing or display. The raw signal from a load cell is typically in the millivolt range. Conditioning is essential for amplifying, filtering, and transforming the raw signal from a load cell.
