Dear Customers,

Interface has some big plans for 2016 and they all revolve around our most important asset – YOU the customer. We will continue working hard this year to improve our product quality, delivery, service and overall customer experience.

How will we do it? By carefully listening to you, providing solutions that meet your needs, and treating you with the utmost care and importance. Your feedback is greatly appreciated to ensure we do it right!

To make this a reality, we’ve been re-organizing and growing our teams!

  • We have added a Director of Quality and Productivity Improvement, a Director of Manufacturing, and a Director of Product Development.
  • We’ve hired more engineers and have completed the implementation of a new database to help them work more effectively.
  • We purchased and implemented Salesforce so our sales team can better serve you, hired an additional regional sales manager, and promoted one of our own to focus on technical services.
  • We also moved our Machine Shop offsite to allow us to expand our inventory and establish an Engineering Prototype Lab.

 

All of these positive changes are being led by our dynamic executive team and board of directors, which includes our new CEO, Mr. Joel Strom. We are excited to continue supplying you with the best load cells, torque transducers, multi-axis sensors, and related instrumentation.
